* Fixes #2862

Why:

* According Twitter brand guideline says we cannot use the "Twitter icon" with "Twitter text".

This change addresses the need by:

* Replacing the span text from Twitter for @Bulma

* Updates button text

Changes @Bulma to @jgthms
