Xml Escape for Author Name

The following xml contains a unescaped "&", which is not valid:

    <author>
      <name>Bulma: Free, open source, & modern CSS framework based on Flexbox</name>
      <email>bbxdesign@gmail.com</email>
    </author>

This change should fix it.
